Ron Kassan is the Executive Vice President for the Sherman Oaks Office of Beitler Commercial Realty Services. Since joining the firm in 1989, Ron has enjoyed a successful and distinguished career. In addition to Ron’s executive duties, Ron is justifiably proud of the achievement of being named Industrial Salesman of the Year for the last 7 years in a row. With over 45 agents, 3 California Beitler offices, and 60 Nationwide Affiliate offices, there isn’t an assignment Ron or his enthusiastic Team can’t handle. Ron designed and implemented Beitler’s first Sales Apprenticeship Program wherein he teaches new agents every aspect of the art of Commercial Real Estate. He is the author of the Smart Brokerage Manual, a leading resource for Real Estate and Leadership training. Prior to joining Beitler, Ron was the Vice-President for an international trading company with offices in Tokyo and San Diego. Ron still holds a position as an honorary director for the Company UTECO Japan LTD. Ron graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Speech Communications, and Psychology. Ron served as a Big Brother of America from 1981 until 2013, and during this time Ron coached AYSO Soccer for 7 years. From 2008-2012, Ron devoted a portion of his winters volunteering for the Ski Patrol/Mountain Safety Team at Bear Mountain in Big Bear, CA. Currently, Ron is a licensed Alaskan Wilderness Fly Fishing Guide and leads remote wilderness adventures deep into the bush in Katmai, Alaska. Ron’s interests also include mountain bike riding, boxing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, skiing, backpacking and travel. Ron’s current aspirations include accomplishing fluency in the Japanese language and mastering the art of fly fishing and fly tying.
